ex: Playing as Korx i place those additional ability points before the game starts
does it count my race as Custom or Korx
If I am understanding your question correctly, then yes, you are the Korx. Those extra 8, 9, or 10 ability points that you can spend before the start of each game are just there so that you can set your abilities to what you think will be most beneficial in your game. You are only counted as a custom race if you actually click the custom race icon on the screen where you pick your race. If I have totally misunderstood the question, please let me know.
