SoundPackage stopoed working

SoundPackage stops with error message. Ear Candy for your Desktop has stopped working. then you click ok and program is closed.

I get that same message! I have Windows XP Home Edition....I purchased a theme suite and ObjectDock just recently....they both work fine....don't know what to do with this sound package....I'm really frustrated now...I have un-installed it twice and re-installed it and nothing works!!  Well, I sent an e-mail to Stardock and am waiting to hear from them....if I can't get it to work, I will just have to get them to refund my money...what a bummer!!
