For Mod Download Links Only

I am really tired of having to go through 50 pages of forums to find a new or check for updates on an old Mod, therefore if you have a mod, please post a link to your mod with a brief description as a reply, and no one else post, in this fashion, we may hopefully be able to get all the mods in one location and not have to deal with tons of rediculous posts.  Furthermore if anyone has a mod they like and they don't see posted, why not post the link, give credit where it is due, and wallah we should have a fairly complete list of mods.
