The riftwalkers use galaxies as a sort of "target practice" as you humans call it. Once a rift is opened to Unreality, they destroy all life in the system, and when the only sentient life is on the brink of extinction, they "re-wind" the galaxy to a point when the riftwalkers wern't there, erasing the memories of those who existed, and inevitabley starting the process over again. That is why we had Hydrogue Remenants within your system. They were put there to warn of the coming of the riftwalkers, and to ensure that our system's time-loop would be broken. This is only the fourth time the Riftwalkers have done it to your system...

Why are you blaming the UGA for attacking Soverign? The UGA did nothing to Soverign. Darth ordered the attack, and Darth is not part of the UGA! The UGA did nothing, it was the Ildiran Empire that attacked! Why are both you and Soverign attacking the UGA when your real enemy is the Ildarin Empire? Why shouldn't the UGA blame Soverign for his attack on Earth? Soverign, after all is the one who attacked them! Sure, Darth attacked Soverign without provocation but Soverign is the one who initiated hostilities with the UGA! It was revenge from anchient times, when I saw the images of the dreadnaught from the spy, I instantly recognized what it was. About 750 years ago, There was a powerful empire that had those very advanced dreadnaughts, it nearly destroyed our peaceful empire at that time. However we proggessed very fast in space weapon technology and fought back starting from our capitol; Majistra, We finaly beat them unto there was none left.

Now apparently one survived, so we thought a couple of nukes would destoy it because we did not want anyone to activate it, because as soon it was activated even peacefuly, its intent was to destoy us and destroy everything in its way. We tried to warn you not to activate but deatroy it, you did not recieve or bother to listen. We did not realize its reaction speeds were still fast.

Sovereign is a Reaper, a completely autonomous ship.  The Reapers are an advanced AI civilization, which destroys all life in the galaxy periodically.  Sovereign does not "belong" to any empire, he is instead of a faction all his own.

Sovereign is the ship I was reffering to.  and if you look at what Sovereign does, he goes after the capitol of the Ilidaran Empire, not the UGA.  I was only asking if that was the capitol, when i had mixed up which gvrt. I was talking about.  the message from UGA posted by undying messed me up.

This is the command structure for my new community. Morgan, I've given you the position of Executive Moderator so that you can operate and apply your skills much as you do with your IE clan site. InfernalCreator, I've given you the position of Registry Admininstrator, putting you in charge of the members of the board and the influx of membership admissions. Samurye has already been made Executive Moderator and will deal with major changes to the forums (and chat) such as deleting and stickying posts. He will also be giving each moderator their tasks, if any. Polarstar, I've made you a global moderator so you can assist local forum (and chat) moderators and moderate directly when the situation demands it. Noobsauce, I've made you moderator of the local D&S show, but this is mainly for leadership purposes as the forum is unlikely to need moderating. Orodum, I've made you moderator of the Gossip forum to control the inevitable random chatter, as this is where your strict policy is most effective (yes, you do talk strictly, not that it's a problem). At the moment it's a bit of a ghost board, but everyone is free to talk with one another when they're not acting as moderator or administrator. I'm hoping to have more members in time. Well, if you look at Darth's command structure, you'll see he's placed you as Executive Administrator, making you the second-in-command to Darth and granting you nearly supreme power.

If you look at my command structure, you'll see I've placed you as Registry Administrator, giving you control over every member on the board and also new admissions to the board.

Try right-clicking on the hyperlink and then clicking 'Open in New Window' in the drop-down menu that appears.
