More Skins for Female Users

Hi, everyone, I was just looking at all the cool WBs, and it occurred to me that there aren't very many being done for the female users out here. I know we have some GREAT skinners who could do them, and I would very much like to have some soft, feminine WBs to use. The majority of the skins are very good, but they're also very manly-looking skins. I don't know how to make them, or I'd try it myself. Won't someone please do some for us girls? Please?

Hey 2of3, now you need to do one showing how you posted the pic for TBC
 I use *picmatic*  http://www.picamatic.com/  and I get an image but also some code hanging out of the edges of the image....looks kind of sloppy!!  ;)

my mother keeps nagging me to do a rainbow, butterlfy,unicorn,icecream kind of window blind for kids..but i just cant even force myself to do it.....its just not my style... =(

 

but jazzy and boxxi have some awsome girly soft blinds.

Sounds like you may be using the wrong code, use the last of the four codes the URL, which is a direct link to image.

Then insert code as below

Should a skin suitable for a girl always be pink?   I dunno... is that what the chicks want? pink - personally i hate that colour and couldnt bring myself to skin with it.  

I dont think a lot of us blokes would know how to make a skin that females might like except to do the same as normal but colour it pink and put fluffy things on it. 

Nothing personal here - ive only glanced at the previews.

If you want a girly skin that aint pink let us know the coulrs you like to see together and us blokes can adapt mabye

when you've figured that one out...write a book...make a fortune....

 

there's a big dif between 'girly'...and 'feminine'....

there are many blinds here you can give a feminine touch to....by just adding a feminine wallpaper...

I like that these blinds appeal to both sexes.....they are...what you make of them....use your creativity..

Harmony...in addition to the green...has 3 more beautiful substyle colours....Violets, Aqua & Gun Metal...(my fave)....these delicate colours are perfect with a feminine wallpaper...

Avanti is very versatile.....looks superb with a lovely soft pastel wall....   screenie...

 

feminine blinds....don't have to be pink with butterflies...in fact...perferably not....

 

Cherry Chocolate by boopish      ...has a feminine appeal too...

I personally hate pink too...and I am a female(I made a pink skin one time, though)!  I make skins that are predominently "feminine" in my way of thinking.  They don't have a lot of "heavy" stuff on them, and most of my blinds are softer colors...muted also at times.
