Locking the docks?

Is there a way to lock my docks so you can't move them or delete them?

On a non-tabbed dock, right-click an empty space and select 'Lock Dragging'. On a tabbed dock, right-click an empty space on the dock and under View you can select 'Lock Icon Dragging' and 'Lock Dock Position'.
