I use to go to school with a Blagojevich.  Kathleen tho.  SHe married a Cannuck.  I hope she is not related.  She is a really nice lady!

But you gotta love it!  The land of lincoln still stinks!

Is ecstasy a bad thing now?

My computer doesn't relay sarcasm, Steve, so are you with this guy or just looking for a chance to poke a stick in Hannity's eye...or are you ecstatic, too?

poke a stick in Hannity's eye

Absolutely because his motives are always to find the peripheral muck that isn't there. It's not the scumbag he's after, it's Obama.}:)  Upgrade to a smarter computer.

Hannity's ecstacy over Rev. Wright's connections didn't work.

Well, the gov's wife reportedly is far from nice.

You forget, Hannity wasn't running for office.  And I'd call it more disgust than ecstasy.

Like Craig? Foley?  YOu do like to be funny!

Larry Craig isn't exactly the best example to use here.  He is a lawmaker who plead guilty to something hoping it would go away.  When it didn't all of the sudden he claims he was coerced, nevermind the fact that he submitted his plea weeks after being arrested and chose not to consult legal counsel in the process.  While I agree the Dems are just as guilty as folks like Hannity at seacing for muck that isn't there Craig isn't the best example.

Because the Rev. Wright  issue doesn't matter to pinheads that believe only whites can be racists or that character is unimportant in a presidential candidate. That's why the least experienced person that ran for president will now be our commander in chief. And you think the rest of the world is laughing with you? They are gratefully anticipating a weak America where they can contribute to our policy decisions, as long as the cash keeps flowing. Change you can believe it.

Where was your criticism of Hannity when he had unflattering remarks about McCain during the primaries? Do you expect the entire media to have their lips grafted onto Obama's behind?

Oh, but he is - in context.  Hannity is inferring the corruption from the actions of a few.  And indeed, that is what the democrats did with Craig and foley.  They used those to paint all republicans the same.  While any person following the news would know better, clearly it was their intent to sway the ones that only casually pay attention.  And of course it worked to a degree.

I hope someone tapes the Olberman rant about Chicago's corrupt politics and BO's origins in that toxic stew.  I have no doubt he'll muster up the same level of hysterical indignation for which he is famous.  Should be fun.

I stand corrected.  Although I think the accusation of hypocrisy is less damning than corruption but I see your point.  Personally I never really care for the whole guilt by association arguments.

Why bother? It was well known that McCann was not his choice to begin with. Then when his erection for Palin took over he ignored McCann completely, except when he praised him for choosing his girl from Alaska.

Tsk, tsk, Richard.  Very un-PC of you to be so overtly sexist.

The left-leaners are just demeaning conservatives for doing exactly what they did when Abramoff, Foley, etc. were in the crosshairs.  The only difference is you didn't see headlines about 'liberals gleeful over ....' - the press only demeans conservative glee, never liberal glee.

I tend to agree - by that measure we are all guilty of eating the fruit from the forbidden tree.

Exactly!  But what boggles the minds of some - is their feigned outrage over their own tactics being used on them!

I'm outraged over the shoe-slinging! Nothing feigned about that. Nor did I ever think Bush was a boyfriend of Craig's. As for Abramoff, his torture approbation was influenced by Cheney who acknowledged that WMD, after all, was irrelevant.
