The List of "rejected" IP entries

there are actually many great IP entries which are not approved to enter the contest due to whatever reason(most likely violation of rule or failure of meeting the requirement)...

nevertheless i believe they are worthy of recognition, i m putting their respective name n link, i wish all of you take a look, but be vigilant, u might feel frustrated becos u will only be allowed to check the preview, the download link does exist but not working

finally, this is just my suggestion, i wish the judging community offers a special "amnesty" to these ip entries, how about a special deadline extension, to let the skinners fix the "unfulfilled" criteria....i feel so bad such great works are rejected from the competition, they would certainly make the already memorable event much more memorable...

I understand what is in your heart but the rules were clear and the deadlines so I see no reason to change anything. :)

How about leaving them out of the contest but allowing them to be downloaded, perhaps in a category called "Rejected", or something like that. That way, we wouldn't have to depend on them being uploaded elsewhere, or have to search anywhere else. I'd hate to miss out on some good icons.

It is unfortunate that they didn't make it into the GUIC.  The reasons for are between the skinner and the folks running the GUIC and really shouldn't be open for discussion.

They can be submitted to WinCustomize for uploading to the Gallery Liabrary for Icon Packages,

Some good work.  Like NT said, the rules and deadlines were pretty clear.  That doesn't stop them from uploading to WC though.  Hopefully they will.  There must have been some issues with some of them because they had early upload numbers...

friend, the reason of mine opening this post was i truly, deeply, madly felt all these entries, even though rejected, deserve recognition..............dont u agree too?

initially, i didnt intend to make an appeal for them, but later i felt y not make a suggestion of special "amnesty"....

i believe this is the best solution becos most of the skinners might be too busy to do a extra upload to WC, they got to work for livelihood...

If they are rejected they are not in the GUIC so shouldn't be visible here.

If they are subsequently submitted to WC or elsewhere...that's fine.
