This the Ildiran Empire Clan an any player friendly clan, so anyone can join. Our efforts and objectives within this clan is to be able to improve off of each other through online experiance. The second objective is just to have fun no matter what, win or lose. This clan will help with advice on tactics no matter at what stage of a game player you are.

You can join by replying under this post by providing some information about you ex: who you are, what clan stuff have you done before, and what you would get out of joining the Ildiran Empire Clan or you can pm with this information. Or if you see me on ICO my name is [IE]Adar Zan'nh, you ask to join my clan by doing a 1v1 match with me and i will see how good you are, it will not matter if you loose against me.

Our website is underconstruction: http://www.ildiranempireclan.com  and the server we are using is under repair: heatsink replacement and glue, bios setup, high security for web hosting. It will be about two months before it will be open.

The command structure of this clan starts off with the Adar the head of the Ildiran Solar Navy which is me who commands all underlying officers: Tal, Qul, MO stands for basic militant officer. The Adar controls all navy ships, the Tal commands a cohort which is 343 ships, the Qul commands a manniple which is 49 ships, and the MO is the commander of a single ship. The Tal commanders can ovveride my commands by a 3/4 vote at anytime unless in dire situations. If I am not present the first Tal which will below my name is in command then so on and so forth.

When you join you should create a new ICO user name and pm your new user name

the guidlines for your name are:

1) it has [IE] in front

2) Then is your command title ex: [IE]Qul...

3) what ever name you choose

4) (optional) you can end your name with 'nh which signafies your a military officer. ex: Adar Zan'nh

I have a website created right now, however my thumbdrive blew up this morning by a nuclear explosion, so its kinda glitched up but have it up anyways. I propose we set up a civil war ladder! Just an in-clan tournament to get to know each other better, test each other's strategies, etc. And after every game, each player could give the other feedback on how they did in this thread or another tournament-specific one so we could get to know each other's strategies better even if they didn't play against them. They could all be 1v1, or we could do teams. (The 1v1 may be better for planning and evaluation reasons.) What do you guys think?

im interested in joining ur clan, half cause i actually read the books ur clan is based on.

i dont know what kind of evaluations u make on choosing clan members (never been in a clan) but i hope to have fun playing and building off of each others experience

i dont have alot of online experience, its hard to find players to join games for the entrenchment beta.  ive only played 2 games. a 1v1 vs  some guy named hindenburg (he had like over 100 wins and 2 losses) i had a minidump halfway through tho so i couldnt play to the end ( i was losing slowly but i was about to counter-attack) and another 1v1 w comps vs a rookie which i won.

btw: how many members have read the saga of seven suns?

Well, that's exactly what we look for. We all aim to win, but I think I speak for all of us in that we don't take the game way too seriously. Just serious enough to play an interesting game. The main goal is to get better from each other's experience, with some competition thrown in, and to have a group to support each other. But mainly, it's to have fun.  :thumbsup:

Well I am the leader of this clan, we still have open spaces. we are now testing new people by doing 2v2 so we don't have to save replays and look throught, we will have 1 clan member on your team analyze as an ally, and atleast 1 clan member as an enemy to analyze your attack.

As Infernal Creator stated, we want interesting game but we won't be playing it by serious amounts.

I have read the whole series my self, there might be other members that may have heard of it.
