Leader Idea

Ok, so when you create a race you enter the leaders name.  Now, what if that leader could move in the game and give bonuses to that planet. 

-have a place on a planet that he is based at. this would give bonuses to the planet.

     -bonuses could depend on  your ethical alignment

     -another cool addon would be to customize your place or throne room as you progress through the game.  the upgrases could be more expensive as you go through the game and have different effects on moral, deplomacy, ect.  This would show more on if your leader wants more elegant thing for himself, orif he wants to spend money on his people.

-You could also place a modual on a ship to let him give bonuses to that fleet

     -downside would be if he dies, you lose

these things probably not be modable, of course i'm not sure how much is in this game.  It's more of a nice add on for another expansion.
