Candidate looks different on the map?

Wonder if anyone knows how to solve this problem. Just got the game and created my candidate, but when the game loads, my character or bubblehead looks totally different on the actual map, and thus on adverts etc. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Can you post a screenshot of the candidate you built (in the builder) and the candidate in the game?
