icon convertion

i'm having troubles getting the image [ FireFoxBlack ] into icon format so ican be used as myfire fox shortcut. Can anyone please send me a link of a free program that allows me to make the conertion lend it to me please or if theres a alternat way let me know???

if you have gimp (which is free) you can save files as icons (.ico).

I use IcoFX portable-it's free and a full-version and you can use it from a USB- Stick or a external harddisc if you like.It is simple to work with it an the result is realy beautyful.
