My lastest game questions.

Hoping someone can answer these for me:

1)  Does the AI use past ship designs that we save? If so, would it be better to delete them so the AI doesn't get good designs? 

2) What happens to a ship that is completed on a planet with a full starport? IS it auto launched or lost?

2) If your shipyard is full (10 ships), the planet in question will switch to building "Nothing".
