How do I create Master Skins?

In order to sell your skins on this site you must be promoted to master status. You must work hard, make a lot of free skins, help out on the forums, etc. Just be a vital part of the community and progress your way from citizen to master, 4 promotions, I believe. Somewhere on this site is a thread about the promotions, and what it takes to get them. Also what perks come with each status. It has taken me 4 years to get to apprentice status, and I know of people that have done it in 6 months. I have been working my butt off and being a vital part of the skinning community for 4 years and I feel that I may be promoted again soon. Two promotions in 4 years is not too much to expect, It can be done. So just try to be a good part of this community, and it will happen for you.  Hope this helps.

Butt-kissing actually gets you nowhere.  Promotions happen through a process of being noticed by site Admins/Moderators [and others]....preferably in a positive light rather than being 'the biggest nuisance on the block'.

If your wish is to make it to 'Master status' in order to potentially reap commercial benefit from skinning it's a fairly straight-forward requirement that firstly you skin....and secondly you continue to do so....and thirdly you skin well.

Wincustomize.com's Masters are all quite capable talents at their craft, from any/all walks of life.  There's no prejudice or discrimination shown.  All that is asked for is appreciation of the status/opportunity they have received via reciprocal sociable community interaction.

Also, I've noticed that NightTrain has been a master for some time, but he is just now beginning work on his first master skin.

It's all about skinning, not selling. Have fun. Make it an art. Get good at it. See if you get promoted. If not, just keep having fun. And above all... skin for yourself!

Enjoy your work , take pride in it, contribute, keep a good attitude, be helpful whenever possible, be patient, lots of coffee.

I have been to many sites like that and it doesn't last it actually causes fights and nasty word sling matches I don't see any of that here.

You can always create your own site as well to sell them...and if your work is good people will buy them...if not...practice! practice! practice!
