There are trial versions for many of the programs ( I believe they are timed trials). But the full versions are not free.

Depending on what you want, there may be a free trial or even a free version for you. (Like ObjectDock)

K, Also theres only like 5 downloads for this stuff and im still getting those things open with blah blah... and its as i call "GAY"

Sorry Zube, but as I understand it, the OP is asking for the files for the software to get the skins on WC to work because he doesn't want to/can't pay for the software...isn't that wrong and not allowed here.  Or did I miss a memo?

Seriously, Matthew, you should try the trial versions.  If it turns out you REALLY like this, Christmas is coming up and an Object Desktop subscription is cheap, Cheap, CHEAP if you find like 2 or more of these programs.  And you get EVERYTHING with that.
