Reboot and complete

I have purchased the Space Rangers 2: Complete through Impulse.

When I purchased it, both the Reboot and Complete were downloaded by Impulse, so they both show in my MyGames.

Currently the Reboot is showing as "Update Available" but when I try to patch it through the Impulse, it says I dont have license for it.

I have registered license for the Complete, and since it loaded both of them automatically (and the same game is played when I start eighter of them), I should be able ti update it, Right?

How do I sort this out? Uninstall the Reboot and keep the Complete only?

Any help greatly appreciated

I am having the exact same problem. I tried to add it as a seperate registration but I don't appear to have a reg code for it.

You shouldn't be seeing this and we're attempting to replicate it locally. Complete is all you need (it contains the latest version of Space Rangers 2 and Reboot), so ignore Reboot if it's showing up separately.

We've tested this on several PCs and haven't been able to replicate the issue you guys reported. My best guess is that you're not actually getting proper data from the server. Please try this to see if it helps:

Click the Stardock logo (orb) in the upper-left of Impulse and select Preferences. Next click the Reset Data button on the right-side of the dialog. That will force Impulse to re-fetch all the data it needs and hopefully do the trick.

Ok, after PC restart the update installed and patched, the game still shows there.

I have just hidden it now .....

Very strange. I'm not sure why that's happening. If you want to contact [email protected] they'll help debug it for you.

Both games also show in my add/remove programs strangely enough ..... Single install directory though.

Not sure if it is in any way related but I recently had a problem with games being installed in the wrong path. Impulse seems to read registry entries, changing that ones helped with my path problem.

Maybe there are some left over registry entries for Space Rangers that mess up Impulse?
