Strange that the writing on the box is in English, when the article and the printing say it was made from an Iraqi factory? Why would you not write in the language that your handlers could read? Add on the fact that those explosive labels are from the US DOT regs. And not to international standards or international label. Was they expecting to sell this to the US, Canada, or Mexico?

Also paint looks a little fresh for something that has been sitting in a bunker for about 10 years. Add in a fact that I have never seen an ammo crate that did not say what type of munitions is in the box. Exp: CGT 5.56mm, Ball linked A033. This is for packing safety.
