governmet sanctioned doctrine to "ensure all persons equal opportunity to have their opinions heard".  government sanctioned 'non confidential voting' instituted.  increase in strength of 'national police force' so as to ensure "protection of the citizenry from those who mean it harm."  government banishment of weaponry so as to 'reduce crime and opportunity of criminals, and not allow our citizens to harm each other in a time of economic struggle.'  government regulation of industry and doles to ensure that provisions exist for everyone in need.  politically savvy and charismatic politician with questionable ties.  children singing adoring songs about their leader.  tremendous rallies which incite overwhelming feelings of nationalism.  rise to power in a time of political unrest and economic uneasiness.
