No Right-Click menu options for Fences and Icons on the right side of the screen move left

I really love the whole idea of Fences. Ingenious.

I installed and rebooted the machine - XP SP3 - and have no right-click menu options for Fences. As a result, I cannot change the labels, etc.

I also noticed that when fences loads, it moves the icons I had lined up with the right edge of the screen over to the left. Just the same as if I move the taskbar over to the right edge of the screen.

I also noticed from watching the video on the Fences web site that I am missing the Tools option for New Icons. I saw it in the video but it is not an option in my version of the software - 0.92.708. Should I be seeing that option or is that something not yet released?
