Stardock support sucks big time.The only thing I want from Stardock is a refund.Support is none existant and stupid.

If you want to get some help with that machine we need to know about what it is that you are having such a problem with?

Thus why and what is wrong with WB?

If all you want is to not use the program then by all means ask for your money back. But if you really want your computer to be fixed and work with WB as others here have it. Then we need to have some idea of what the problem is.

Also from a personal point of view the people I know at support work very hard to fix things. I'm not sure why you have had a bad deal with them. But if you would give them and the people here at this community a chance. We may just figure out what it is that you have wrong and get things going for you...

Stardock support (as every other non-live on-line support) may be a little slow (simply due to email turn-around time), but I've gotten an answer to each and every question/problem I've ever posed to them in a very reasonable amount of time.  And, to be honest, most of the problems I've experienced came down to either a hardware/driver problem on my end or a learning-curve with the new software.  On the 'very few' times it wasn't one of those two issues (like, for instance, the long since solved problem with IconPackager) the support team kept everyone updated as to the progress of the solution while the tech team worked diligently to solve it.  In other words, if you want to vent, vent away.  But I think you'll find most people aren't going to take comments such as you've made here all too seriously...

If you want help in solving whatever problem you've experienced you'll need to provide some details (computer data, OS version, problem experienced with what SD program) etc.

Your issue is not with WindowBlinds, which doesn't 'suck' by the way. Your issue is that you can't seem to get on WinCustomize.com, which has had some slowness issues lately, but no one else has not been able to get the site up.

Yes, some report the site is loading slow, but not crashing. Check your e-mail for a reply from Support.

If nobody else has anything constructive or helpful to add to this post, please refrain from posting.  Trying to help a customer is difficult when having to wade through comments that aren't directly trying to help.
