EN symbol on logon

I don't know if anybody else has had this problem with logons but next to the go button by password form there is a small symbol saying EN in it. I think this may stand for English language for that user but I may be wrong. My question is, how, if possible, do I get rid of this, it is spoiling my logon screen.

yeah...always annoyed the hell out of me too....this is an XP WIP....the EN, on many logons, is sometimes there...sometimes not....

another little idiosyncrasy I have...if you don't mind me wavering from the topic TfcIan....is...since the moment I plugged in my second monitor...I lost the second ? button on user panel... .....I can skin it...I know it's there...but I can't properly test it...so I just haven't uploaded any for ages.....don't know for sure if it's related....but the second monitor's not going anywhere! lol

It is one I created for XP, same as the picture in the post above but for me the symbol is blue.
