Are the ships found in the library here Metaverse legal?

what do you mean by 'legal'? legal for download, or legal to use in MV games without causing a cheat flag?

I was browsing around the Metaverse folder on my harddrive and I saw folders for ships, ship styles, etc. I like some of the shipstyles I got from the GalCiv2 library and want to use them if possible.
For those ships created without KHSM (Kryo's hull mod) then yes , those ships are perfectly fine.
But...alot of the ships are created with the aid of Kryo's hull mod, which unfortunatley will trip the cheat flag as XML files are modified to allow that mod to work.
So to keep MV friendly only use ships that do not use Kryos hull mod.
Most ships in the library will mention if a mod was used to design that ship, so be sure to read the descriptions.
Can anybody tell me what folders to put these in for Metaverse use? I thought I had found the correct one....apparently not.
