or so we take Gov. Palin's and Sen. Bachmann's idea and make it Anti-America Virginia.

There are 2 Virginias.  The "real" Virginia and West Virginia.  Which by the constitution, is an illegal state.  The only reason that no one has started Civil War II is that the "real" Virginia does not want it back.

But why? All she wants is an indepth investigation of member of Congress on whether or not they are "real" Americans. Get a list of the names of those that are un-american and then we will know who they are and what their activities are.

West Virgina was carved out during the Civil war when Virginia seceded from the union but the western part of the state remained/was controlled by the union. 

As a punishment to Virginia, West Virginia was created.

Ok.. so it's an artificial state, that was create from the separation of one existing. That doesn't make it an illegal state..

States cannot be created from a state without the permission of the state.  West Virginia was created from counties in Virginia that refused to seceed from teh Union.  After the war, Congress then declared it a new state, without the permission of the citizens of the state of Virginia.

Hence, it is an illegal state.

seriously, who cares about this ancient history? illigal state? it is a state in the USA, and the only real purpose of states in the USA right now is to facilitate easier postal services (by seperating addresses into easy to manage blocks).

the people that secceeded and the people that didn't want it to leave and so on are all DEAD. everyone is just "american" today.
