Where is the lan button?

I'm trying to have a lan game with my wife but my game doesn't seem to have the lan button. I'm looking at her screen & I see the lan button, but on mine it's missing, like it doesn't exist. I can't find any lan options in the lobby either. So  I try to play an online game with her instead, but it says our data doesn't match, yet we both have versin 1.50 with the update. what gives?

When you press the "Multiplayer" button on the main menu it will cause a window to pop up that says "Impulse Log-In."  The "LAN GAME" button will be on that window.  Is this where you are looking and not seeing it?

It sounds like your wife's version may not have updated correctly.  In version 1.50, there is no longer a LAN Checkbox but you have to click on the LAN button on the login screen to play a LAN game.
