Are you having this problem with a Logon that you are MAKING, or one that you have DOWNLOADED?

I'm gonna take a shot and say it's one you're creating

appears you used maybe a png for the pic - gotta use a bmp

can't be something else just renamed to bmp - you need to open in a graphics program and save as a bmp

if you still get blank spots after using a real bmp, then you might need to set the mask color to all black or all white (depending)

either that or Kaspersky is messing with you

Maybe a corrupt download, delete it and download again. I just downloaded it, no problems with it .

The problem still occurs...

I already used different versions of LogonStudio.

I cleaned my registry after each installation of it, too.

The usual problem is a contrast figure for your screen. Thus you have to open the file and change the contrast for bmp 100 to a -1 value. This I have done and you can try this file here to see if it works or not...

contact me for the file...
