Help on setting Rating on uploadable chartacters

Hello all.  I have made several characters  which I woud love to post.  Only problem is they work  fine but I can only give them the stock points they arent powerful at all.  As far as money, fund raising and so forth can someone please tell me which file  I can  edit to  boost their rating,,I have tried but it doesnt show up in the game.  All help would be appreicated.

Go to: "My Documents" - "My Games" - "PolMachine2008" - "Candidates" -

"Packages"; Then open with "Notepad",edit the candidates states,Save, AND THEN DOUBLE-CLICK ON THE ICON, It will tell you to click OK,do so,and your done. (P.S.  IF YOU DON'T DOUBLE CLICK ON THE ICON, IT WILL NOT WORK)

CHEATER!

Just messin'. They definitely screw custom candidates on points, so I editted mine as well.
