MIA Again

I don't get it

So, I decided yesterday to upload a wall pack to the Wallpapers gallery and it successfully uploaded. I saw it sitting in moderation. It's called Modern Curves. Then sometime last night it just disappeared from my skins in moderation. Is this a problem?
