If you think about it though, the ball has been in Harborne's court for a long time.  He's bringing this all upon himself.  The ball is still in his court and he is just sitting on it. 

Don't pretend that he's the victim.  He's the instigator and he can put a stop to it at any time.

i am not saying that Harborne is a victim he did some thing bad and well it gose on and on.

That sounds reasonable.  Cheating on a gaming site is a pretty serious topic though.  It only goes as far as his empire and he has the remedy at hand whenever he wishes to use it. 

The problem is technically insignificant, but cheating doesn't come in degrees.  It's truely black and white.  Either cheat or don't cheat.  Continuing to do it only adds to the problem. 

He'll probably never regain his potential in the eyes of those who witnessed this.  That's a shame because he could have taken the high road from the beginning.  Sadly, it's too late now, but he can still limit the damage.  It's really up to him.  Always has been.

I'd like to see it end, but he continues even now.  It's hard to put something behind you when it's still happening.  He's still cheating right now.  He can end it without any loss to himself or to his sister.  He refuses.  His chosen message is to openly cheat without remorse.  How can we ignore that?

How the heck did this guy cheat? I heard something about serial numbers.

Oh, and don't believe that bullshit by Seeker. I don't think he knows what talking about.

What is the point of this Freeman? You and seeker are the ones who are vocal about dropping the topic, yet you both continue to post in harbornes defence prompting further responses. Posting some of a quote out of context in another thread does the argument no help.

Having the conversations about the issue in private is paramount to sweeping the problem under the carpet...these issues require transparency and even now we still have not got all the cards on the table.

You want all the talk about harborne cheating to stop? Then get harborne to stop cheating. I grant he has gone some ways to eliminating the illegal characters from his empire but he refuses to go all the way and remove them all.

The reason does not matter, his sister, mother, father, i don't care. All accounts and characters created with illegal serials need to be removed. And that does mean all of them....

When he stops cheating then the community will stop talking about it.

I can say in all honesty Freeman, that both yours and seekers loyalty to a friend is remarkable, in fact both you guys are very defensive of harborne and his actions.

Sorry to say, makes me wonder why?

I have removed my sisters characters from my empire and renamed my 3rd character so that she can use it if there are any doubts just look at the character and you will see that its one of mine

Finally. If there are no more characters to be found in your empire created under the same circumstances, which i hope is checked by Cari, then yes as far as i am concerned the matter is laid to rest and you will hear no more from me.

Seeker definatly doesn't know what he's talking about since he doesn't play on the Metaverse. Also Seeker should stop making up those stupid little fantasy empires of his. Also he needs to choose a fucking name and stick with it!!

Well, i had never looked to see if Seeker plays on the MV. Since you don't participate in the MV Seeker i don't see why your weighing into the issue.

I still don't see the connection with playing the game and posting on the metaverse has to do with my experience with the game but anyways i'll gladly move on. I think everyone over-reacted a little over this (By everyone i do mean myself included).

anyone seen that movie called Wall-E? only just saw it a short while ago and I must say it's probably the most entertaining children's movie I have seen yet. Graphics are definately improving on disney's end. why do they try make things so real? when it's ment to look fake??

I was hoping to catch Wall-E, but never got around to it.  I think I'll be seeing "Bolt" in theaters though.  The next Ice Age movie as well.  My neice just loves that squirell...
