Quick play options?

Maybe I'm remembering wrong--it's been a couple of weeks since I played TPM 2008--or maybe I'm remembering something from the original version, but...

I could have sworn the Quick Play setup screen had more options--you could specify the state of the economy, national unrest, etc. for your scenario.  After updating to 1.5 I can't find this anywhere.

If I'm just having a senior moment, sorry--but could someone tell me where I can find these options now post-1.5?

 

PS I did install the small post-1.5 update.

I think it's been said that those sliders weren't actually doing anything in code.  If you're looking to shake things up in your game, use the new randomization options.  Which are definitely hooked up and will affect the game.
