Your video drivers are from 2006. Having older drivers can cause problems that would otherwise not occur. Go to intel's website and look for driver updates. Here's a link that will help (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2301)

After installing new drivers, make sure to restart your PC. Try the game again, and if you still have problems, repost the contents of your debug.err file, because it gets overwritten each time you run the game.
