No Uploads

It's not just you, there are several other topics about it (in the site issues forum where this should be).

Even myself, as a Wizop, am not immune. I couldn't upload a screenshot either. Clicked submit and it waited for a second, without the "uploading" screen, and just refreshed the page.

Wait, Firefox version 5.0, where'd you find that? I'm using 3.0.1.

Yea that is what it is doing for me also! Sorry about the wrong location. Things are changing so fast around here I can't keep uo with what is what! It will all settle down eventually. Thanks for letting me know it is not my system!

It's a known issue, it is being worked on.

Are there any updates on this issue? I't almost thursday and still no uploads.

Strange...I've had no problems uploading dreams with IE7 via https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx .

No probs here, uploaded 2 skins last night.  WC Browser.

No luck here... I been trying to update one docklet & upload a new one for almost a week.

Just got https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx  to work for me, though the regular one didn't.

https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx  works, use it for now.

I have used that link about half-dozen times since yesterday... and although it apparently works. I am not receiving the confirmation emails I have received in the past. Nor the docklet is being published or rejected.

Sorry for the double post, but the EDIT button is not working either.

I have also tried to update my HDD Monitor Docklet - https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=14663&libid=29  (also tried several times this week) but although the upload does seem to work, again I never receive confirmation and, of course, the docklet is still not being re-published.

Am I the only one experiencing these dificculties?

Today, Impuse downloads stopped working... I receive "Experiencing Network Difficulties" & "Error Retrieving Data" Errors.

Is there an official posture from stardock or Wincustomize? It's been a week now!

You might want to check for other threads relating to those issues, this one is for uploading issues on Wincustomize (for the record, I couldn't download/update apps through Impulse either because of the error retrieving data message).

Wel.. all I want to know is that if the problem is still there, the forums administrators should update daily... so we know about it and simply wait... it is not like that a critial application is offline or my bank account is not accesible... but maybe we are making it worse by trying and trying repeatedly.

If a few days or a couple of weeks are needed... welll let that be, just tell us.

BTW, today I managed to get my new docklet uploaded and published... the updated docklet is still not there... but I will give a fwe days before trying again.

Quoted myself...feels weird.

I have been experiancing nothing but trouble trying to upload a 75 mb dream this weekend. After countless tries, I've given up.

Testing the upload links I was able to get a 25 mb one up this morning by the one listed above so I know it's not my connection. Right after I was successful with the 25 mb one I tried the 75mb but I keep ending up at a page not found page when it should have been the upload complete page.

I have tried this link several times yesterday & today and still no success.

I'm downloading firefox v3 to see if it makes a difference - I've tried the uploads on ie6, ie7 & chrome.

upload.aspx or upload2.aspx, neither work for me using firefox v3

- oh well.... it was worth a shot, I'll keep trying later today & tomorrow

(but seriously man, I need my fix, I really do, if I can't upload a skin to the galleries, I don't know what I will do, help, please help, my skin is beginning to crawl & itch all over from withdrawal.... HELP!!!!)

The upload.aspx link seemed to work for me last night - the upload appeared in the "Awaiting Moderation" list.

However, I received no emails and today the upload has vanished from the list entirely.

No hassle - just f.y.i.
