Troll, Idiots, and what not in ICO

Hard enough as it is to horde a few players for a game some of them drop out intentionally at the begining, I Hate that, Others Join your chat channel to abuse you for not hosting the game they like. Then they begin to talk like pirates as if i'ts funny of something.

A blacklist feature should be added that would allow you to prevent  players you select from joinining your game or chat channel.
