[BUG] Text stays frozen in place over screen/map (video included).

I was frapsing a game as people were bashing me on Impulse IRC to do so, and handily recorded a bug which leaves the text frozen on the screen. The video is only 35 megs for you downloading pleasure :D

I had the same bug while trying to find out various hotkeys, I presume that's what happened anyway bugging out through the use of other keys. It wouldn't go away until I made a new game.

I haven't watched the video but know exactly what you are talking about. Not what caused it or what removed it. Happened a couple of times in one game.
