Teleport to Towers of Light

Has anyone figured out how to do this or is this left out in the Beta? I noticed the AI teleports to outer defense towers at the beginning of the game yet I have not been able to figure out how to do it ;-).

There's a consumable you can buy (for 100) called the Scroll of Teleporting.  Buy one, use it, click on the tower you want to port to. (just tested to make sure I was telling the truth)
