Charged twice

I got charged twice for my pre-order of Demigod. I would just like to know who to talk to I'm not mad I'm sure its just one of those little mess ups but I don't know if theres a number or an e-mail I really don't want to spend a whole day on a phone listening to bad music just to find out I have to wait on another line.
