Beta Install falure

As this is Beta 1 and frogboy said it was to make sure it worked and installed correctly I have found an install problem.  Download is Invaild is what Impulse is telling me.  So here is the error log.

Retrying just incase but knowing me it will not work.  Oh, the EULA is problably the clearest and most readable one I have ever seen. 

Second download worked and it installed.   Time to bug hunt.
