Multi-Monitor?

So, exactly HOW MUCH of the SupCom engine is in this baby??

Anyone know anything definite? Hell, any wild speculation?

Demigod will not use multiple monitors.

I'd call that pretty definite.

Thats alittle disheartening I had been hoping Demigod would use multi-monitors after hearing that its based off of the Supcom Engine.  Can't say how nice it is to have one screen zoomed entirely out as a massive tactical minimap.

something for the missus to enjoy :)

It is a shame, because a zoomed out screen would let you monitor the tactical situation on the fly, which would be awesome.

And might I say the beta acts a little hinkey when used with a second monitor.  :)  Sounds like it's an unsupported configuration, and it makes sense.

I know it makes sense, it would be cool though. However, it's something for about .5% of the game buying people out there.

I'd buy a second monitor if Demigod supported it.  I've wanted two monitors for a while now to do 3d work in one window and chat or play games in another (Heroes of Might and Magic for instance on one, Blender on another while waiting for my next turn).

I run dual screens, no issues with the game.

What little I messed with it at work (shhh!  I was testing hardware for ya'll) when I first started the game it made my second monitor go all wonky (that's another technical term).  After changing resolutions and exiting and then resituating everything on my desktop the second time I started it, it was fine.  But then the cursor was not bound by the game so I would "lose" it only to find it was over on my other screen.

Hmm, that's odd, but somewhat expectable, and pretty decent for a game that only supports one monitor effectively. Losing your cursor sucks though, but it'd be worse to not be able to switch screens.

It acts like it is playing in windowed mode. I play other games in windowed just so I can mouse out the right side into the other screen, but some games are hard to play like that.
