Preordered, but no serial....

Hey all. i preordered the game 2 weeks ago and got my comfirmation e-mail. There was no serial in the e-mail but i didnt give it much thought because i thought it whould come later when the beta started. Since then no other e-mail has come...

So i whent to stardoc support and put my email so they send me all my info allong with serial and the e-mail said: "there are no serials assosiated with this e-mail" oO

I thought I did too, but I think - and I certainly could be wrong - that the charge goes in as a verification but is then canceled. It as in the "holds" area for my card, and then gone the next time I checked. A pre-authorization I think.

Also, they're going through the orders in chronological order, so you may get your email later than the first guys.

They're being processed now in the order they were received. Everyone should have their keys within a few hours.
