For those not on IRC at the moment, Kyro has confirmed the following:

 

1) BETA goes live tomorrow, 4th of September.

2) Everyone who has pre-ordered has a guaranteed spot.

3) To those who have not pre-ordered, you have a week from tomorrow to pre-order and you will get your beta spot.

 

Hope your all as pumped as I am to start testing this awesome game!

Some other info that may be useful:

4) Once the beta comes out, preorders with paypal should work, they just can't use paypal for preorders where they don't give you anything.

5) If you want to preorder Demigod as a gift, place the recipient's email address in the shipping adress' email slot. If you want to buy it for yourself, use the email your SDC/Impulse account is under. Keep in mind that if you have a forum account, this is an Impulse account, so try to use that to make Stardock's time easier.

6) Shipping and handling to foreign countries is a lot. The box will be heavy and the shipping costs a ton. Keep that in mind when deciding between a box and download.

Ok I got Impulse. Wondering how much I can do right now.

Should I be able to register the game already? I have my receipt from Stardock for Demigod but I didn't recieve a key, just an order number.

Will it be tied into my email address on it's own?

Jooma I have the same thing, I too would like this answer.

I have the game bought under aqnathor e-mail, but I am hoping then when i get a game key I can manually add it to my stardock account

(The e-mail that bought this DOES NOT have a stardock account.)

Chances are it will go out at midday or late morning, so they can still work out any issues before closing, and then more seriosu problems(if any) on friday so no one gets stiffed over the weekend

i think i really suck at the time zone stuff im at GMt -07:00 so im sure its 2 hours early
