I loaded the game fine but when the main menu comes up the screens is just white but gives me the options to click on and I can hear the music playing I just cant see the graphics. I cannot open my debug err as it wont let me any help would be great.

Unfortunately, your video card does not meet the game's requirements. You will need to get a new one to play, or you can return the game (if you bought it online from us, just mail [email protected]; if you bought at retail, see here).
if you got it at walmart or something it wont let you return it but u can send it to the company if u return it within ten days of the day u bought it
I'm having the same problem. Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 1.8 GHz
Memory: 512MB Ram
Video card: ATI Radeon 9250 AGP - 128 MB total memory
Am I missing anything important? I thought I had the necessary specs before downloading but all I get now is a blank white screen.
Unfortunately, your card is also too old.
A Radeon 9250 is part of the R200 series, which if you look at this page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pixel_shader#Hardware) you'll see that it only supports up to DirectX 8.1, and only up to pixel shader 1.4. A minimum requirement for the game is a DirectX 9.0c compatible card.
