can't figure out how to create account online

i can't seem to figure out how to create an account for online multiplayer games and whenever i try it says i'm doing somthing wrong.

When creating an account, I believe the CD code needs to have the dashes in.

Wrong version of ICO you mean? That just means you need to update the game to 1.05. You can find the patch on most third party sites (FileFront, Fileplanet, etc).

All future patches will need Impulse to download and apply, however.
