Just wondering how everyone found about Demigod.
I found it in a Ad on the GPGnet Multiplayer Client.
I first heard about it when Scathis was talking about it (called Something New at the time) in his Ask a Dev thread

on the dota boards, since the first article was said to have been inspired by dota, made a big hit ont he boards
I read the Gamespot preview and watched the trailer....then came to the site and read through the forums.
DotA. I was playing a game and said, "I wonder if we'll ever have DotA without WC3?" and some kid said, "demigod its a crap game lol", and I've been looking forward to it ever since.
I´ve read a very short mini article in a magazine. 1 picture is beside this little article, but the informations given in the text were enough to get me here 
at PAX this past weekend (yes I'm out of the loop)...
Chris Taylor did a keynote speech at the Pre-PAX dinner that I found very enjoyable. I have now preordered.
I came across it on Stardock's IGN blog. I pre-ordered it 15 minutes later .
I think Chris Taylor mentioned it during one of his presentations at my school once.
I was told it was like dota, That ive played for more then 4 years now, So Ive been waiting for this for a while,Thank god someone picked up the idea, kinda like the early CS pretty big stirr up in the dota communtity, Im sure thousands of players will migrate over too
Anyway, I learned about it from the Sins forums.
I played DotA very avidly for quite some time and was browsing the forums one day where we were discussing the future of DotA and concerning Starcraft 2. Someone mentioned Demigod and how som of it's inspiration came from DotA. I looked into it and got hooked, needless to say 
Scathis asked me if I wanted to help him test something, so I got to play it before the pretty graphics. Even then it was fun!
