"Jerky" dreams

I run Vista Home Edition 32-bit with dual monitors and a Radeon 9600 SE dual-monitor video card. I've updated the drivers, gone through most of the troubleshooting suggestions, and to date, my dreams are still jerky. They move for a second, stop, move for a second, (do dah, do dah). Please advise if you have any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

Can you supply a list of the ones that are jerky?
Are you able to play hd video without the hesitation/jerk?

You should also provide more system information, especially RAM and CPU.

It is an AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ 2L00 GHz

Memory 2.00 GB
