can you add a picture of your self?

i know you could do this in the 2004 version, you created people could have personal picures added, can you do this in the 2008 version?

What you can do is make a bobblehead of yourself then just change the PNG thumbnail that gets made in the gfx folder (using the same name that the png was given). The game will use that image for many screens (though any 3d scenes will still use the bobblehead version).
