Campain: a nightmare on dither

who is this guy that is ment to help me?

This is the mission where u need to get 4 spys on Dither but when i go to the planet the CPU has only 3 buildings the others are habitat improvements which u cant spy on.

 

The Brief says that some1 named ither or something has been located and is assisting me on this mission but i dont remember any enconter or advice from him?

 

when u fail the mission it says u didn't listen to ithers direct instuctions, well if u showed me the guy then maybe i would! lol

 

The korx have to stay alive on this mission i have this all sorted by feeding the other random faction full ov nice ships to keep the guys imspying on occupied so they dont wipe out the korx .clever eh ;-P

 

anyways question is who is this guy and how do i get passed this mission?

What difficulty are you playing on? If the AI is simply not building enough buildings for you to spy on to complete the mission, you may need to bump it up a notch.
