I know this option can work for me as I've been in the MP rooms once before and even seen one other person in there (imagine that), however upon trying to get back into the Multiplayer Lobby from the games main menu the game silently drops to the desktop and is gone from any process list in task manager (i.e. it crashed without information).

Before I load up the game again, is there a crash log that I can send you folks at stardock to try to help narrow down what is causing this issue?  I thought once before with another one of your games that someone had problems with the tech told customer to send crash log, but that the crashlog would be erased and regenerated as empty the next time they start game so they must send it after a crash and before restarting the game.
