Talk about rude.. and a personal note

*note this is a humor piece.

"We heard that Castro fell," State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said. When asked if he wished Castro a speedy recovery, Boucher said, "No."

...wow. I mean, we can disagree all we want with Cuba, but to go sofar as to say no we don't wish him a speedy recovery.. pretty sad.

Now, the personal note:

I am getting very busy and won't have time for my recent daily posts. I need to wean myself off JU somewhat, though I hope to continue at least weekly posts, as well as reviewing comments and posting comments throughout the week. Thanks everyone.

I've made it a personal goal to not wish poor luck on my enemies. Granted, that doesn't work for one fellow, I want to kill him, but people that I'd just rather not be around or have hurt me, I have succeeded in not wishing misfortune on them.

Anyway, definitely rude.

I understand why they wouldn't wish Castro the best of luck. Same reason they probably wouldn't wish Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, or any other enemy a speedy recovery.
