Looking for a permission from Stardock

I've created a nice little clock widget in DX using some graphics elements from Local Flavor Vista to make the clock face.  I think it makes a nice new look to a clock.  Can I have permission to upload?

Don't know what to think Zubaz. She doesn't show an email address on her web page and when I click on email link I get a 404 error, another site problem? Anyway since these were in the GUI and have been uploaded here is it possible that using a couple of the graphics elements in a widget clock strictly for re-upload here at WC is possible? If not how do I email her?

In case someone comes along with a similar problem, the answer is no.  If an artist falls off the face of the earth and can't be found their work is dead to be reused unless the family gives permission.

If I had any work of any value I'd email one of the mods a "last will and testament" that grants free use of my work in the event of my death.  Why not, right?

Lol ya, I seemed to remember something indicating that uploaded content remained the property of the author but, there was some type of limited re-use that was consented to as a condition to uploading. I guess that means people downloading for their own personal use and screenshots. I thought there may be other permissable re-use possible.

In any case I've got an email out and I've put together a screenshot I'll upload later. Thanks for the help. :D 

On a strange tangent remember the smilies contest of like months ago where the site was going to have new smilies, I'm still using sos. :SURPRISED:  lol.
