Yeah, I see that every once in a while... often times when I really, really want to rate a top notch skin that has blown me away, which is a real p/o cos many a time I've forgotten to go back to do it.

I have seen it too. I have remedied this by logging off and logging back on. A bit of a runaround, but it works.

I rarely rate either but of the times I have rated I have only gotten that message once.

I'll make sure it's at least looked at. However, the subsystem that runs the ratings is a prime target for complete replacement with the next version of wc.

No. I don't rate my own skins. I also don't download them unless someone says they are having an issue, then I'll see if I have the same issue with/from the dl.
I got that very frequently with IE7 but once I switched to FF3 for browsing the site,I rarely see it.Logging on/off made no real difference.Clearing the cache and cookies helped sometimes,but not often.Like the ads and the missing rows of smileys,it comes and goes.

I'm almost exclusively using FF3 so I don't think it's browser related. Logging in/out hasn't worked for me either. I've tried to figure out a trigger to make it work but haven't yet.

It appears to be random and a ... umm .. feature ... of the site. Probably no real cure until the next WC version.

That reminds me, there ain't a thumb on my post so I can give myself karma.
I have rated a lot of skins and this has never happened to me, till now. I just went to the Object Dock gallery and tried to rate some skin called Graphite :LOL: ,and I'll be a monkeys Uncle if it didn't happen to me! That's unacceptable!
