Metaverse stuff

1) For Metaverse players, next to their medals is that circle with the average game difficulty shown. I was wondering if this the value shown is always a strict average or if the age of the game is taken into account as your scores are. Assuming what I think is the case: Can it ever be changed to weigh the more recent games more?

2) Does TA grant a favorite race emblem as DL did? Do you still need to play only DL to get one?  I saw at least one player who seemed to never have played DL (according to their character profile) with an emblem.

I think it would be cool for the metaverse to have a list of all of the former first place players and the dates that the held that title. I was looking through some early posts of mine and saw a lot of players with the medal. Those players don't seem to come around anymore but it was interesting how many people have been in first place at some time.


As a request: Could we please have the forum fixed so that when you want to see someone else's profile, you do not get directed to your own?

1) I'm not totally sure. For me it seemed that it took long after any reasonable amount of rounding should have converted my average difficulty to suicidal before it eventually did change to suicidal for my prime MV Character.

2) I'm not sure. I think someone may have mentioned this is a recent thread where I asked if the racial medal was still achieveable.

2a) Yeah that would be nice but the AltMeta at least provides an All Time category. It's not quite the same but it perhaps get's you part of the way there.

3) I agree with the forum fix request however in the meantime it's easy enough to work around. When you click on a player's profile it lists their member number. Just highlight and copy this using ctrl-c. Then when you click on their Metaverse Profile link and get redirected to your own instead all you need to do is highlight your member number at the end of the url and paste in(using ctrl-v) their member number instead and voila, you're at their MV profile instead of your own.
